OctoScout, operated by TF Labs, respects the intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, and content creators. We respond to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Game Content on OctoScout
Game artwork, trailers, screenshots, logos, and metadata displayed on OctoScout are the property of their respective owners. OctoScout displays this content for discovery and promotional purposes. If you are a rights holder and believe your content is being used improperly, please contact us.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on OctoScout infringes your copyright, send a notice to help@octoscouthub.com with:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the infringing content on OctoScout
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with the same information above, plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction and explaining why the removal was in error.
5. Repeat Infringers
OctoScout may terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
