BLOK is a free puzzle platformer built by seven young game developers in a class at Code & Circuit, a STEM non-profit running creative tech programs for kids. Each student was handed the same toolkit and asked the same question: what kind of puzzle would you make? The result is an anthology.
Five student-designed levels, each with its own setting, ideas, and personality, plus a tutorial level to teach you the ropes. Some levels will have you shuttling a single block through a gauntlet of puzzles. Others hand you a pile of colors and a wall of buttons.
The boxing glove and grappling plunger show up where their designers wanted them to — sometimes essential, sometimes nowhere in sight. All levels are unlocked from the start. Pick whichever one catches your eye from the level select and dive in.
